Very difficult in and around SWR area. Few days back there was a post on twitter wherein there were 36 level crossings proposed by SWR in 2018. It has been almost 2 years and they have still not got approval from State Govt who have cited land aquisition issues. So one can imagine how difficult it would be if a new line itself has to be laid
