What is happening with Katihar Division?They are intentionally scrapping old ER owned LHB rakes of Farakka Express which is causing it to reschedule by 7-8 hours everyday. Why can't they remove the ER sticker & paste NF stickers instead of scrapping?(Note: I am not defaming)
