SER is a totally lost cause now.I have a feeling this train is deliberately being targetted since it serves a quite remote area post TATA.Areas such as Chaibasa and Bara Jamdi are totally dependent on this train, if you exclude the Tata bound passengers. Absolutely shambolic behavior by SER.Everyday this scene unfolds at Howrah in the morning and angry passengers are denied information at the enquiry centres.Just imagine the plight of the return trip passengers who will reach Howrah late at night, that too in a optimistic scenario unfolding.Absolutely disgusting!

Yesterday Barbil-howrah jan shatabdi exp reached Howrah with 4hrs 30 mins delay.
