Please enlighten me what does it mean? Also, can a pure LHB rake be operated without EOG/HOG? Ain't PC meant to cater the passengers? Also, you wrote that Mr. Sanket wasn't able to justify himself. Did I scold him or accussed him of anything? I just corrected him about something he posted. He was right about number of passenger coaches in the formation but, the rake comprises of 20 coaches( as per PR from SWR).
