The Mangaluru Central bound 12619 Matsyagandha Express arrives at Mangaon with a bizzare livery. I am unable to understand what they were trying to achieve here as all the windows of this coach had a border design and green paint on the shutters while only a part of the coach exterior was painted green.Seems like one of the most unique coach on Indian Railways.Vivek
