I believe there could be more examples like this in IR. just check 54251 LKO-SRE passenger. takes 3hr 10min to cover 3.7 KM (MB is just an intermediate station, not the terminate). Even then, I heard the train gets late sometimes. In addition to this, in the name of track maintenance and up-gradation, they have cancelled this train for last several months. In the non-fog season also, there was only one passenger train running through Hardoi, that too, not till LKO (nearest major station).
