i kept rti for irttc 2020 and 2021 of scr and ecor but 2021 not given in that 2020 also the train was not proposed as ns-smvb via kolar, chikkaballapur directly to sbc & mys but rb didn't gave any confirmation weather ti is approved by railway board or not and time table also doesn't mach with present ns-smvb (2020 proposal) or ns-mys (2021 proposal)
