This ROB will reduce traffic congestion on the road between Patna and Gaya via Arwal, Naubatpur, and Jahanabad. The inauguration also included the announcement of development projects worth ₹20 crores at Taregana station under the 'Amrit Bharat Station Yojana.' The Railway administration has announced several passenger-centric decisions, including the extension of operating periods for 10 special trains and a halt for train No. 12259/12260 (Sialdah-Bikaner AC Duronto Express) at Gaya station for 16 days, from December 8th to 23rd. The extension of train operating periods includes 17 extra trips for Puri-Patna (08439) and Patna-Puri (08440) specials, 7 extra trips for Patna-Puri (03230) and Puri-Patna (03229) specials, 121 extra trips for Bhubaneshwar-Dhanbad (02832) and Dhanbad-Bhubaneshwar (02831) specials, and 3 extra trips for Patna-Howrah (02024) and Howrah-Patna (02023) specials. Additionally, the daily operation of Pataliputra-Gaya (05553) and Gaya-Pataliputra (05554) specials is being extended by 16 trips.

Is ROB se Patna aur Gaya ke beech Arwal, Naubatpur aur Jahanabad se hoke jaane wala traffic jam kam hoga. Taregana station pe 'Amrit Bharat Station Yojana' ke under ₹20 crore ki cost se ho rahe development projects ki bhi announcement ki gayi hai. Railway administration ne kaafi passenger-friendly decisions liye hain, jisme 10 special trains ke operating period ko badhana aur 8 December se 23 December tak 16 din ke liye Sialdah-Bikaner AC Duronto Express (12259/12260) ko Gaya station pe stop de raha hai. Trains ke operating period ko badhane mein Puri-Patna (08439) aur Patna-Puri (08440) specials ke liye 17 extra trips, Patna-Puri (03230) aur Puri-Patna (03229) specials ke liye 7 extra trips, Bhubaneshwar-Dhanbad (02832) aur Dhanbad-Bhubaneshwar (02831) specials ke liye 121 extra trips, aur Patna-Howrah (02024) aur Howrah-Patna (02023) specials ke liye 3 extra trips include hain.
