yes, should be regularized as soon as possible. New MoS should do something at least for his own state.
But railway minister may stay for more than 4 years. So mostly it get regularized.
Before there was no special train also. Now this special train has been introduced. It might be regularised in future. Let's wait and see what happens
Atelast they Introduced specials for long abandoned region.now with state govt getting changed hopes are even higher at stakes
If that happens, railways in Karnataka will grow at double pace in next four years. After so many years, same govt at both side will help development to bring on fast track...Especially pending land acquisition clearances for new rail lines from state govt.
