Partial cancellations include the KSR Bengaluru-Shri Sathya Sai Prasanthi Nilayam MEMU Special (06515) between Gauribidanur and Shri Sathya Sai Prasanthi Nilayam, and the Shri Sathya Sai Prasanthi Nilayam-KSR Bengaluru MEMU Special (06516) between Prasanthi Nilayam and Gauribidanur, on April 3 and 10. Additionally, the KSR Bengaluru-Dharmavaram MEMU (06595) and Dharmavaram-KSR Bengaluru MEMU (06596) will be partially cancelled between Gauribidanur and Dharmavaram on April 7 and 8. The Kalaburagi-SMVT Bengaluru Vande Bharat Express (22231) will be delayed by 320 minutes from Kalaburagi, and the SMVT Bengaluru-Kalaburagi Vande Bharat Express (22232) by 60 minutes from SMVT Bengaluru, on April 3 and 10. The KSR Bengaluru-Bhubaneswar Prasanti Express (18464) will be delayed by 75 minutes on April 3 and 10, and the CSMT Mumbai Thiruvananthapuram Central (16331) by 100 minutes on April 7. The KSR Bengaluru-Kanyakumari Daily Express (16526) will terminate at Kochuveli instead of Trivandrum Petta Kanyakumari from March 28 to 31, and the Kanyakumari-KSR Bengaluru Daily Express (16525) will commence from Kochuveli from March 29 to April 1.

The South Western Railway has introduced experimental stoppages for two trains at Kuppam station for three months. Several other trains will experience time adjustments and some will be diverted due to safety-related works. The South Central Railway has diverted trains due to ongoing safety-related works, including Train No. 12509 SMVT Bengaluru-Guwahati Express, Train No. 18111 Tatanagar-Yesvantpur Express, Train No. 18637 Hatia-SMVT Bengaluru Express, Train No. 12835 Hatia-SMVT Bengaluru Express, and Train No. 12889 Tatanagar-SMVT Bengaluru Express. The East Coast Railway has added an extra AC three-tier coach to Train No. 12845 Bhubaneswar-SMVT Bengaluru Weekly Express and Train No. 12846 SMVT Bengaluru-Bhubaneswar Weekly Express to accommodate the extra rush of passengers. Several trains have been extended in service, including Train No. 07355 SSS Hubballi-Rameswaram, Train No. 07356 Rameswaram-SSS Hubballi, Train No. 07377 Vijayapura-Mangaluru Jn., and Train No. 07378 Mangaluru Jn.-Vijayapura Express. The East Coast Railway has added an experimental stoppage for Train No. 18463/18464 Bhubaneswar-KSR Bengaluru-Bhubaneswar Prashanti Express at Nirakarpur Railway Station. Train No. 18463 will arrive at 6.27 a.m. and depart at 6.29 a.m. from Nirakarpur starting its journey from Bhubaneswar on December 31. Train No. 18464 will arrive at 5.05 p.m. and depart at 5.07 p.m. from Nirakarpur starting its journey from KSR Bengaluru on Fridays.
