A passenger train traveling from Jodhpur to Indore via Ajmer was stopped at Salawas for a long time and then returned to Jodhpur and canceled. On Monday, the Jodhpur Sabarmati and Sabarmati Jodhpur trains were canceled. Similarly, a train from Jammu Tawi to Gandhinagar was delayed for over two hours on Monday before being allowed to depart, causing inconvenience to passengers. The passenger train running between Jodhpur and Bhilwara was also canceled due to waterlogging on the track. According to DRM Pankaj Kumar Singh, the Jodhpur-Barmer Express (train number 04843) will also remain canceled today due to delay in receiving the link rack. Several trains have been canceled, including the Jodhpur-Sabarmati (train number 14821), Sabarmati-Jodhpur (train number 12462), Barmer-Munabao Special (train number 04879), Munabao-Barmer Special (train numbers 04880, 04881, 04882) and Barmer-Jodhpur Special (train number 04844). Jodhpur se Bhilwara ke beech chalne wali passenger train ke track pe pani bharne ki wajah se use bhi cancel kar diya gaya. This change is due to construction of the air concourse foundation on platforms 4 and 5, which is expected to last for 88 days, from May 12th to August 7th.
