Quantity as well as Quality Food of 12951 which is loaded from Mumbai Base Kitchen for 2A and 3A is WORST. In my Journey, passengers of my coach threw away the tray and straight forward asked for the Complaint book.
Yes, Food of 12952 From Delhi Base kitchen is Very Good...Super, but again breakfast loaded from BRC, is average, got too good and not too bad also.
Catering is by IRCTC.

In First Class AC (1A) the food is awesome and tasty and services are also good. But in 2A and 3A, services are good but the quality of food is not up to the mark.

In my travel in 2AC, I took non-veg food, and my friends took veg food.. Many of us just returned the plate because of the worst quality of food. We're happy with our own snacks that we had from my friends home. I do not know when the railways will wake-up from this complete mess... In premium trains, catering should not be compulsory and make it is an optional, then only, food quality will improve.
