Ajmer INTERCITY mostly moves vacant .. If u want to travel in AC CC than booking should be done one month prior. as there is only single ac coach , due to which it gets filled.
if we consider the (2S) class than it is empty is max. run , if u want 10% discount than dont book in ARP,. just book 3-4 hours before journey in current availability ./current tkt counter..
in case u dont have a reserve tkt , than too u may board the (2S) coach and...

GN coaches seats r filled up from Ahmedabad itself. in some occasions if u want to go Towards Ajmer side than seat wont be available to sit in GN coach from Palanpur, Abu road..
At such time go to the reserved coach. in summer season (April,may) (2S) coach gets filled up one month/15 days prior at such instance it recommend to book in advance and not wait for current availability... after falna to Ajmer train is highly vacant in all classes i.e CC 2S GN . the main demand is from Ahmedabad to Falna.
as summer r too hot in NWR. ,hence AC CC gets filled uo very soon. hence book in ARP .
