In one word FABULOUS.
1. Cleanliness - USP of this train. After 22436 reached BSB dot on time, it took the OBHS 45 mins to clean the train. At 1445 hrs gate were opened for pax. After every meal floor is cleaned and food table of each and every seat is cleaned too. Toilets are clean with sensor taps. Flush uses very less water. Odourless.
2. Food - Service is started with one rail neer provided soon after crossing manduadih. Snacks is average. Small samosa, ketchup, caramel popcorn, cup cake, apple...

juice (very good taste) and masala tea/coffee. Thats it. Those boarding at ALD get it too. Dinner is very good with rice, daal, dry veg, shahi paneer, mix pickle, paratha, curd, soan papdi. Along with this a packet of salt and pepper, napkin, spoon and sanitizer is provided. Dinner loaded from Kanpur by Landmark group of hotels.
3. Punctuality - Around 10 mins late at each station. Fantastic run b/w ALD - NDLS.
4. Security - Though automatic doors make us feel secure still RPF personnels are deployed in this train and they make frequent rounds of each coach
5. Railfanning - no railfanning, just sit back and enjoy high speed skips, overtakes and crossings.
6. Charging points - 3 pin plug points below each and every seat.
Improvements I suggest:
1. Arm rest should be a little higher.
2. Pushback seats are missed in CC
3. Seats look good but more cushioning will be appreciated.
4. Some arrangements should be done that lights can be switched off after dinner.
5. Gulab jamun should be brought back in dinnner instead of soan papdi and size of samosa should be a bit bigger in snacks. Snacks quantity was less than what one gets in Rajdhani/shatabdi.
