if people not getting seats from chennai central to odisha/tata...then book from perambur to tata/odisha you will get seat from there easily.
This train is used as a passenger train between DHANBAD/TATA and ROURKELA ...AND between CHENNAI AND ALLEPEY. As per requirements it should have coaches like this
1.ALLEPEY-DHANBAD EXP==== GENERAL-2, SLEEPER-7, 2AC-1, 3AC-3,PANTRY-1.
2.ALLEPEY-TATA EXP==== GENERAL-2, SLEEPER-5, 3AC-2,2AC-1.
This train should be extended to trivandrum and time should be like this
