I had traveled on this train on 20th April 2019 from YPR to LPI. Please consider this as my personal experience and sorry for being a little negative.
Cleanliness:
To start with the train was very clean but very crowded as expected since it was for 78 people (no complaints here).
The train was cleaned before reaching even Hindupur to give us a fresh...
more... feeling. Highly commendable.
I must say people in the coach really littered with trash. The toilets unusable. The whole credit goes to passengers while railways tried to help us keep it clean.
Food:
As there is no pantry there is no availability of items like chips, biscuits. Only water bottle guy comes in. Tea/coffee only when train halts.
Dinner options were only there from Dharmavaram station at around 8PM.
The Veg biriyani bought from a caterer who took order was too bland. Just colored rice, carrots and chilli powder mix for Rs. 70. Not at all good in terms of food availability. A real let down.
Space/Comfort:
One must not really bother since we are paying very less charge for the journey but I will not book Garib Rath (GR) for travel as the space was too narrow for me. It was my first journey on GR and was not at all pleasant. It had selected upper berth and I somehow managed to sleep and reach destination.
Punctuality:
I was not much bothered here as it reach LPI with a delay of just 15 minutes which is completely acceptable :). However, I felt this train was overtaken or stopped for crossing for all the trains on route!
On board security/checking:
No security person in the train which I see in other trains these days. Usually we get message with number of train captain. For this train, I did not get any message. The heights is that the TTE did not come even to check tickets. No one saw TTE in our G6 coach! Not sure about others.
