This VM has 12 cars just like a MEMU train with advanced interiors for passenger comfort. In concept, it is going to connect important cities within the range of 200-250 kms.

I've a feeling that it might be for MMCT ST or UDN... cause that comes under the VBM limit... and looks like only 1 NDTC, 3 TC, 6 MC and 2 DTC (total 12C) for this type... looks interesting.... hoping that SR will get it asap and run on the MAS-TPTY/AJJ route...👍👍👍
And as u might already know that this might run maybe 4-6 trips (2-3 one-way each) per day... same concept as AC MEMUs...👍👍
They are running a clone pf BDTS-ST intercity in the form of UDN-BDTS special(09056) with just 10 min gap.I think they may use that slot

Yes many trains are cancelled from past 1 year in the name of works. sometimes to create path for freight trains or tod specials cancellation is a daily affair here.
Why cancellations of Satavahana and Golconda NI work completed in May kada. Aa notification vunte post it. Looks strange

If they short terminate at Cherlapally it will be complete mess as SCR wil not make proper arrangements for travellers to city. Intercity have lot of intermediate travellers they can run upto Kazipet both trains for 10 days from June 1st to 10th instead of creating confusion by running on some days.

12757/58 telengana express can be run upto Bellampalli for an month and need be cancelled. The thinking of IR and SCR zonal officials should change from toes to head and act with wisdom and knowledge. Total cancellations of trains is mot the solution and answer for all works. These people will not change. Tamil Nadu and Erkm Gorakpur express diversion will end up as Total mess with indefinite late. ( I am not able to strike any idea for damage control due to their timings right in block zone).
