This was happening repeatedly and people lost their cool. They broke the window panes. RPF had to come to the spot. This has become a daily affair for 12021/22, arrive late, depart late. Can't they just cancel one run and make it on time? And make it run very close to the schedule (if not exactly on the schedule) everyday? Oh sorry, obviously freight is the lifeline of SER, passenger trains are not at all important.

SER pushed too many Rolling Blocks, far beyond it can handle after directions by RM. There is a ongoing damage control by actively distributing fake promises to all passengers when someone dares to cross the line.
Prioritizing short term capital (money) over long term investment (safety)... consequences will be manifold.
I remember it happened twice or thrice, passengers of KGP TATA/TATA KGP Passenger held the Train Manager captive due to late running of the train. They were assured of timely run but didn't happen
That's just level 1 case. In KGP-HWH section, Office time commuters beat the shit out of late running PKU-HWH EMU local's Guard after it went to loop at MCA. Even the RPFs were clueless to tackle the mob. "Punctuality isn't the responsibility of stations' staffs", inscribed on walls in Bengali after they marched into station building asking questions. Hardly, few articles published. No coverage to national media.
Even SER Mazdoor Union or any such body of SER (pardon, I forgot the name) had written a letter on this. Zero action taken. Don't know what happened to SER CKP division, it is giving a nearly proper run to 13288/87 since a week. It had been running many hours late in the past month ever since it got extended to Ara.

It was 89/90 TATA-MAS originally (1970 introduction), going via Bhimavaram Town then, departing Tatanagar at night. The whole rake got extended to BKSC in 1975, via Muri. In 1981, the train was split up into two parts, 89/90 BKSC MAS and 89A/90A TATA MAS. BKSC MAS (evening departure) became the main train and TATA MAS (night departure) became the link. BKSC MAS ran via Ranchi-Hatia and TATA MAS via Chakradharpur, and got attached at Rourkela.

Just one correction, 8689/90 BKSC - ALLP Express got extended to DHN circa 2002-03. It was already under ECR, then.
You have more or less listed(almost all) problems pertaining to the present state of BKSC. All terminating/originating trains of BKSC were lost to other nearby stations. 8689/90 BKSC - ALLP was extended to DHN, 2019/20 HWH - BKSC Shatabdi got extended to RNC, and the last one HWH - BKSC Passenger/Express got extended to RNC indirectly through its RSA partner BKSC - RNC Passenger.

A parasite 🦠 is what I call ADRA division, surviving on the revenue of BKSC. Most of its revenue comes from freight to which BKSC contributes the highest and still the station building of ADRA is getting completed first . Why ??? I don’t need to even explain this Amrit Bharat scam being run by ADRA.
BKSC has been moved out of GEN quota from its own train which now runs as DHN-ALLP EXP.
