Hi Frnds,
I Booked a Tatkal ticket in Paschim express, which was confirmed in 3AC.
But later i found that my ticket was upgraded to 2AC.
Any idea in what circumstances does upgrade happens?

Generally happens when theres a long waitlist in lowe class and berths are empty in higher class
There has to be waiting list in lower class and availability in higher class...
