Railway should concentrate in Rail Traffic Facilities and provide water for Toilets .No necessary for providing Drinking water to the passenger.Bus transporters or Bus stand Management does not provide Drinking Water .Even low cost Airlines charged for Drinking Water. In all stations Drinking Water facilities are well utilized by the Food Vendors/ Food Stalls without paying any money. Most of the Drinking Water Supply Cost is wasted by the Railway. So railway should provide only Water for other purposes.
So that Drinking water cost may be effectively utilized for other Traffic Facilities such as additional Line with platform and Shelter,Waiting hall ,RAMP ,FOB etc.

I think 100% of the water in railway stations aren't even fit for animals. The tanks are so dirty and haven't been cleaned for ages. I myself saw water coolers in BZA and NGP rusted and dirty to the core. You can't even wash your mouth without getting infected. In Indian no one cares about the passengers or their well being. During summer most of the tanks are usually dry. Indian Railways and cleanliness are miles apart. No wonder we are much worse than sub saharan africa when it comes it matters like these.
