Today I Had gone to Boisar PRS to Book a Tatkal Ticket in 12925/26 Paschim Express , I reached 8 Am at Boisar PRS.
Like Usually, there was a swarm of Public waiting to book Advance Journey tickets as well as Tatkal Tickets. But the System Changed.

Counter 1 is Dedicated to Self Booking Tatkal, where if One is Booking Tatkal ticket for Self or His Family
Counter 2 is Dedicated to Other Ticketing Systems.

As per the new technique being followed
1. No One can bring old Reservation forms already Filled somewhere else, if found, he will not be Issued any ticket for the Day.
2. Sharp at 7Am and 9 Am, Fresh Forms will be Distributed to people with Stamped Date and Station Name and token Number at a Specialised Counter.
3. NAMES OF ONLY FIRST 20 PEOPLE TAKING THE FORM AND STANDING IN THE QUEUE WILL BE RECORDED IN A REGISTER AFTER HE SUBMITS A XEROX COPY OF HIS IDENTITY WHILE TAKING THE FORM having Stamped Date and Station Name and token Number .
4. As per the Token Number Allotted to them, they will be Made to Stand accordingly in the Queue.
5. The Names of those first 20 People in the register will have to be Monitored by the Station Authorities and a Report will be have to Submitted to Sr. DCM, Mumbai Central Accordingly.

I guess this System is Started for controlling and recording Movement of Touts.
