I would expect these local/passenger trains for the upcoming budget in this year for whole India are:
1. TDL-AF MEMU
2. NDLS-AGC Pass
3. PUNE-CSTM EMU
4. MAS-KPD Fast MEMU

NJP-APDJ, DKGN-SGUJ already exists but in different way i.e. DHH-SGUJ DEMU and DKGN-NJP pass
for MAS region I'd wish to have passenger trains connecting MAS with GTL, KPD, BZA, CTO, TNM, MDU/ TPJ/ TJ (old ones to be restored back) and CJ
We also needed a DEMU Train from Chennai Central to Kanchipuram Via Ambattur, Avadi, Thiruninravur, Thiruvallur, AJJ? Since there is no Train from Ambattur, Avadi to Kanchipuram.
rake reversal at Arakkonam is difficult to reach Kanchipuram from Chennai central side. The train should go towards the Melpakkam cabin , then the driver and guard should exchange their respective cabin's where platform will be absent. So it is difficult. Once TKO-AJJ track realignment work gets over then we can expect many EMU/MEMU also , towards CJ
