Upto how many hours before the departure time at the original boarding point can the boarding point be changed? And can this change of boarding point be done at ANY PRS counter?
Atleast 24 hours before the departure from actual boarding point it can be changed- yes it can be done- you need to viist the chief reservation supervisor at the PRS with a request letter for change with reason and get the same changed
