very much agreed . MAQ-MAO-VSG should be in SWR . Even SWR is good in all aspects , only with traffic management they should improve. Majorda outer to Roha can be in CR as a compensation loss for GR.
Your suggestion to give area from Majorda outers to Roha to CR is good too.
