This is very simple concept of ECONOMICS - "More the demand - High the Price".
But at-least the supplier must give the same product who pays highest price.

Very true. RAC should be vanished from Premium train as cancellation will be rare(No refund).
Other IMP thing, punctuality of Premium train. Now as day Premium Train getting late more that 3 hrs even upto 9 hrs also. Premium Train, Premium Fair & Premium Schedule - success MATRA of premium train.
