Hi , i had read in newspaper somewhere that there is railway rule which says if you booked a confirmed ticket and do not board train from the specified station then ttc have right to alot your seat to any other passenger after waiting for you upto next two stations. Is it right? If yes then can anybody give related citation.
Thank you
Thank you

Best solution -
Take a print of the IRCTC ticket / PRS ticket along with the xerox of passenger's identity card at any of the PRS (Reservation counter) and ask to change the boarding point to Secunderabad (SC).
They will change it and then you can board the train at SC without any worries. :)
Change of boarding can be done 24 hours prior...
