I intend to travel from ndls to mum central via the premium rajdhani. will the rules differ. I have three and nine month old kid and a one and five month yr old kid travelling with me.are their fares chargeable?

No fares are chargable for kids upto the age of 5 years and fares at 50% of the adult fare (Basic fare *50%+other charges)between ages of 5 and 12 so your kids will not require a ticket for travel
