As per me avg speed should be around 56 kms for trains with electric to diesel loco conversion.

Since we are thinking of Bullet trains, the speed must have to be increased by the IR. Also, at present the signaling system, engines as well as tracks are good enough (thro' which my proposed train will run) to run a train @ around 70 - 75 Kms/hr.
