#SF train fact : when a SF train gets late by 1 hr its avg speed become 45km/hr which is not a criterion for SF trains.
It depends from train to train. Some train it wont go down.
Example: 12697(MAS_TVC Weekly SF). If its get delayed by 1hr, it will still have avg of 55KMPH. but at same time 12623(MAS_TVC SF mail), 1hr delay will make avg below 55KMPH, but avg wont be 45KMPH
