Train no 16315 is becoming a pain for all the passengers who have reserved Sleeper class tickets especially for those boarding from K R Puram (KJM). Last week passengers were not able to board the reserved coaches bcz of the pass holders, open ticket holders and ticket less passengers. The railway had to provide them with reserved tickets on the trains leaving the following day. The saddest part is that the train did not stop even after pulling the chain . What is the chain meant for?. Is there any authority who takes care of this issue .... traveling by sleeper class is becoming nighmare
