do ICF produce coaches having square wave inverter or some with sine wave inverter?
unlikely.
domestic off-line UPS (or inverter, as they are usually called) are also square wave inverter. Sine wave inverters need PWM and are very expensive to make.
If your charger was to get damaged by square wave it would have got damaged long time ago.
