Kerala is god's own country not just for the average tourist out there but for all railfans too. And what a delight it was for a railfan to be visiting this part of the country during the monsoons! On a misty morning on the 6th of July, the skies opened up as we boarded this train to Nilambur road and what a sight it was all along the 67 km route as the ERS alco chugged along in the rains to reach NIL 5 mins behind schedule. But who`s complaining! Have a look.
