2AC has less WL and seats in tatkal.. so if some of us in 3A WL are lucky enough..upgradation may b there.
BG, I like this yes/no/perhaps/maybe answer of yours. RAC/WL for sure and 99% chance of CONFIRMATION :)
sir sir sir...pardon me...the shortcut u got it wrong. ..rac wl b for sure...I meant rac will be for sure...that wl was d short cut for "will" and not waiting list. ...damn...I am too lazy...I ll edit it sir...Thanks for pointing it...I din think it that way...
