मैंने समाचार में सुना की तत्काल सेवा अब नेट पे 9:30 तक बंद रहेगी, तो क्या तत्काल के लिए हमें काउंटर पे ही जाना HOGA

Today I had to book a tkt in tatkal but could not get it on-line at IRCTC at 08.00 Am
So I had no other option to call at PRS, I called the PRS agent to book those tickets for me who charged me Rs 1000/- extra for three pax in 2AC
