Today I had to book a tkt in tatkal but could not get it on-line at IRCTC at 08.00 Am
So I had no other option to call at PRS, I called the PRS agent to book those tickets for me who charged me Rs 1000/- extra for three pax in 2AC

In fact the IRCTC(read Railway) is beating bush after snake.
The real culprits are nowhere in site but aam aadmi is suffering. The one who says authorized eticket agents are thugs than they must go to any Delhi station and see what is the rate of Tatkaal PRS ticket on a valid name.

IR and IRCTC are just hands in gloves. and 'babus' are just wheels that joins them.
if real culprits are caught, the 'elites' will not get tickets at all, as they can not afford to wait in queues ,but can afford 'wasting cash' on huge commisions.
