It is sad to note the apathy of Indian railways - our E2 coach yesterday was replaced by a regular chair car- almost 40 odd passengers of E2 were forced to travel in chair car. When we lodged a complaint of Indian railway customer care portal - the complaint was closed without any response from the railways nor action nor assurance of refund.

In such cases when a allotted seat is replaced by lower class seat the passenger should get certificate from TTE or SM and file refund case with concerned CCM.
PG portal is not required here because the coach was Extra and was removed due to any reason.
