Two tenants ended up in a verbal brawl. One of the tenants has taken his neighbours car to drive for a couple of days and had given it back to in a very dirty condition. The car had been smoked with dirt all over. The poor car owner had to clean it. The lenting it out and returning it back had continued for a couple of times.
