the route (JAT - NDLS) get electrification but the train run with disel loco why?
Power sub-stations are under construction. Actually electric loco can go upto JAT but speed would be very less, hence it is run with diesel.
Actually IR have lots of money to waist in fuel cost. I research & found that we we have spend fuel cost of Rs. 1,11,467 (836KM) per Trip by Shramjeevi in MB-PNBE Section & Rs. 76,933/- (577 KM) per Trip by Shri Shakti AC Express in JAT-NDLS Section.Please think what would be Yearly Fuel cost.
