IR may replce one or two AC sleeper class coaches by CHAIR CAR / Double Decker and ordinary sleeper coaches also replaced by the second sitting/ Double Decker non ac coaches in all Expresses / SF / AC / Trains..Passengers gets more and more reserved accommodation and the cheapest travel after the sleeper class accommodations are over in sitting class..
