how can book the tickets for Lower Berth option? For Lower berth option what is the rule?

For lower berth quota the person travelling must be a senior citizen or a lady above 45 years travelling alone.
You need to book when there are enough berths available or 90 days in advance of date of journey. And at the time of booking select lower berth options.
for lower berth u have 2 book single ticket. if there are 2-3 senior members you have to book all saperate tickets.
