this is the fastest train to Mumbai from Chennai and will be crowded. If you want a confirmed seat in General, I suggest you go to TBM in the morning, get a GEN ticket and catch Salem Chennai exp from TBM and catch a seat before the rake reaches MS. Mind you its very early in the morning if you go to TBM.
Obviously it will be full.
