How do we apply Emergency Quota?
I have two tickets for 1st april, 2011 in Sampark Kranti(12649).
One is e-ticket with 28 WL and another one is counter tatkal ticket with 70 WL.
I have to go urgently.With which ticket shall i go for Emergency Quota application?

Betetr to apply with Tatkal-they can sense the urgency and also cancellation charges with respect to Tatkal are more rather than sleeper even for W/L ticket
