Categories of Station are allotted by IR on basis of passenger ridership, and on which amenities to be provided are decided. there is nothing insulting/humiliating in that.
its means JAKHAL JN, ROHTAK JN, JIND JN, these are D category stations.?? If it is ryt, then this would be a shocking news for me...am travelling on this route from last 12 years, and This is the best route according to me, I dont know on what basis railway's categorising these stations.
maybe... arre its based on passenger ridership, plzz don't take a station being classified as C or D class as humiliating, it just means passenger ridership isn't that high. A and B class stations are usually in metropolis or big cities mostly, not in smaller ones.
