only 50% for TDR for PNR-2842238830
i had filed a TDR for this PNR as the train 12550 from 'jammu-tawi' to durg was already 16hrs late. i was supposed to board the train at DSJ but while it was 18hrs late i booked myself airticket and filed TDR for train tickets. now i see railways only refunding my 50% money for this. this is not my fault that the train was running late i must be refunded full amount. pls comment.

This situation is very common. Please send an e-mail to IRCTC explaining the situation. If you do not get a response, file a petition on PG Portal website with all the details including PNR. You will surely get full refund.
