You can consider 17651/Chennai Egmore - Kacheguda Express or else go for bus/cab services....
As SRG ji has suggested, 17651 is the best option for you. Otherwise, book a cab from Airport to CMBT and take a bus to Tirupati from CMBT. I think Garuda buses are the fastest from Chennai. Book in apsrtc website before itself.
Guess Cab service is also there from Chennai to Tirupati if he can afford....
I guess we can take an Airport Cab to CMBT, and then a Garuda / Indra of APSRTC.
