The best part of the budget is no new announcement of trains. No big promises. Only small promises which can be fulfilled. This was not a vote bank budget but a real budget. When you don't have money to start new trains it is better not to announce them. And no bullet bullshit this time. Only simple plan of increasing speed of existing trains.

bhai division ki site per aa gaya hai .... sab ko kuch na kuch mila hai
ek dum grounded budget hai.. this is full budget.. jisko jo chahiye wo mil gaya.. ab train announcement kabhi bhi karo .. but pahle basic needs puri honi chahiye.. I wish people will understand ki train chalane ke sath kitna Ghamasaan bhi hota hai.. uske liye kitni chheezo ki jarurat hoti hai.. and I wish Mumbai get more trains in next budget.. so Mumbaikars will be happy .. Mostly AC local..
And new trains will be announced at the end of budget session i.e in next month
