The best part of the budget is no new announcement of trains. No big promises. Only small promises which can be fulfilled. This was not a vote bank budget but a real budget. When you don't have money to start new trains it is better not to announce them. And no bullet bullshit this time. Only simple plan of increasing speed of existing trains.
