I agree bro he has plans but wat abt wrk ?????..... in the previous budget a lots of fancy announcements were made ... were is our semi bullet which has to run from november ??.. bus naamkaran kr k chod diya gatimaan exp ??... m not against it but being a little practical that this is India yaha kaam slow hi hota hai kisi ko koi fark nhi padta deadline ki ....
I agree...Bullet trains late se aaye to bhi chalega...lekin existing tracks par speed badhane ka kaam jaldi hona chahiye and capacity badhni chahiye jisse new trains chal sake aur time se chal sake...agar poore network ko 5 saal main 200 KM/HR pe chala sake toh bullet train ka kaam uske baad bhi kar sakte hai...waise 120 days reservation period is the worst decision in this budget, usko toh 60 se ghatakar 45 karne ki zaroorat thi
I am also asking same question, but so far no one has responded.
I think, it may be w.e.f 01.04.2015. But till then passengers loose their chance to awail ARP booking period.
Hope it takes effect immediately
