Yes, there will be some outliers, but where on member's the give whole extreme it Ratings is expected that good sense will prevail
But on the whole, it is expected that Good Common Sense will prevail

The Train/Station Ratiing Rating is on a RELATIVE scale, not absolute
We have a rating Rating called "average", which is the average of that member's lifetime experience travelling in ALL IR Trains
