If space constrain is there, then it can be named as മംഗലാപുരം മെയിൽ in Malayalam, and similarly for tamil, hindi and Kannada.. Since train is known as Mangalore Mail in all places, short name will be good, so all the local language through which train passes is added.
AFAIK only 3 languages at present. English,Hindi and language of originating station. I think if you start adding languages of passing states it will be a big mess. Some trains pass through 10 states.

I saw Malayalam and Tamil for Ernad express in both direction(4 languages), while Kanada is missing(It should be there atleast for 16605 instead of Tamil)

Strictly speaking 16606 Ernad Express should have only English,Hindi and Tamil. I wonder who has entered Malayalam too. Really wrong not have Kannada on the return journey. Any Kannada knowing #admin can update it.
